Castletown Mill

We are delighted to have been awarded the Building Works Contract to convert the former Mill at Castletown to form a new Whisky Distillery.

The project for Dunnet Bay Distillers will see Stannergill Whisky being produced there.

Enabling Works commenced in August 2023 and the project is due for completion in the summer of 2025

Stanergill Church

Conversion of disused church to form residential dwelling. Completed in February 2022

Armadale Community Hall

Work has now completed on this new build hall in the village of Armadale Sutherland.

Having started the project in early March 20 only 3 weeks work was undertaken prior to COVID-19 restrictions closing down the construction industry. Work recommenced mid June and the building was handed over to the hall committee in December 2020.
The first event to be held in the hall in January 2021 will be to facilitate the roll out of the COVID-19 vaccination programme in the community.
