We invest heavily in staff training and current certified training includes:
Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling, First Aid at Work, Road & Street Works, and all aspects of Plant Operator training.

Several of our employees also hold the following Site Management accreditations:

• 3 CSCS Management (Black),
• 1 NEBOSH/IOSH General & Environmental
• 7 SMSTS

All employees hold valid CSCS cards.

Dounreay SC Clearance – a number of our employees have clearance to work on site.

Norbloc Construction are committed to providing apprenticeship opportunities within the company and currently employ 3 apprentices at various stages of the schemes.
